Located on the approach to St. Enodoc Golf Club, Blue Elvan sat in an enviable location overlooking the Camel estuary. We were appointed to produce a scheme to improve the internal spaces and possibly the views over the estuary. We were delighted that the client took our advice to put a whole new floor of accommodation on top, totally transforming the look and feel of the property.
