Monteray lodge is a new build traditional lodge design that sits within the original grounds of its neighbour Monteray house with the two properties being designed to compliment each other. Overlooking St. Austell bay, Monteray lodge also has a traditional façade onto sea road with the seaward elevation overlooking St. Austell bay having a modern glazed façade that floods the open plan living space with light and ensures that each room takes full advantage of the stunning views.
