Construction of contemporary replacement dwelling, Carlyon Bay
Located on the higher side of Sea road at Carlyon Bay, no.35 looks out over Charlestown towards Black Head. With the views and the approach being on the western elevation required us to design a 3 storey property with the entrance and garaging at the lower level relating to Sea Road and the open planning living areas on the floors above. A single storey wing was added to the rear housing the swimming pool and enclosing a private terrace area ensuring that this property really is a luxury family home.
