Demolition of existing dwelling and replacing with two semi-detached houses, Perranporth
This pair of contemporary homes were designed for a local developer to replace a single dwelling. We sought to design energy efficient properties that would also maximise the stunning views towards Perranporth beach. The modern design approach reflects the forms of the surrounding properties and enables these homes to have stunning living spaces at first floor full of space and light.
