Construction of 83 luxury townhouses and apartments, Wadebridge
A development of 83 townhouses and apartments including sheltered accommodation for the elderly. The site sits on the banks of the river Camel overlooking the centre of Wadebridge. The basis of the design was to reflect the variety of scale and materials in Wadebridge. With such a large development it was important not to overshadow the existing buildings but to compliment them in a contemporary but easily recognisable and timeless riverside style.
