90 new build townhouses and apartments, Seaton
Seaton Quay is a development of 90 apartments and townhouses directly on the river frontage of the river Axe in Seaton, East Devon. We were lucky enough to be invited to produce a scheme for the site, which has recently been granted planning approval. The design approach was to create a development with a distinctive frontage linking it to Seaton Centre by way of an art deco style curved apartment building paying homage to this distinctive and much loved architectural style. The whole design has a fresh modern feel whilst retaining a character and scale that is traditional and familiar.
