Replacement dwelling, St Agnes
Set in a rural location near St. Agnes, Highfields is a large new build sustainable oak framed dwelling with timber cladding, stonework, and natural slate to the external elevations. The design blends into the rural setting by breaking the massing up into a balance of two storey and single storey elements. Although traditional in appearance the building is highly insulated and adopts modern controls and renewable energy technologies to achieve a low carbon use home.
