New build cottage, St Blazey
Little Tom’s cottage is a new build stone and slate one-bedroom holiday cottage replacing a dilapidated block built stable. The limited floor area required the clever use of spaces to provide the accommodation within a building that would reflect the charm and character of the surrounding buildings. The cottage is named after a pony that used the old building as its home.
