Construction of four new residential dwellings, Trebetherick
This project is located in the heart of Trebetherick and required the demolition of a single storey stone agricultural building and a larger derelict house. The design sought to retain the character of the existing built form by creating single storey natural stone buildings to the road frontage for 2 of the new units with 2 larger detached properties closer to the existing residential properties. A very rewarding and successful project in that the visual scale of the development compliments the surrounding built form whilst achieving maximum floor area for all the units.
