Construction of new disabled holiday unit, Looe
We were approached by the Lin Berwick trust to design and obtain planning permission for a specialist disabled holiday cottage on duchy land at Nomansland nr. Looe. The rural location was challenging but with a design that reflected the architecture of traditional rural buildings, planning permission was obtained and we worked with a local contractor to deliver a unique property for the trust.
