Construction of new dwelling and garage, Polzeath
A challenging design given the height constraints imposed by a previous outline approval, the clients wished to maximise views from the new first floor living spaces over the coastline whilst retaining the privacy to the neighbour’s gardens below. It is a stunning contemporary new build that harmonises with the built forms of the surrounding properties.
